1. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests will not be entertained if:
- The order has already been processed or shipped.
- The order has been communicated to vendors/merchants and fulfillment has started.
- Cancellation is not applicable for:
- Perishable items (e.g., flowers, food items)
- Customized or personalized products
- Digital products/services (if applicable)
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
a. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- You may be asked to provide:
- Images/videos of the product
- Order details for verification
- Refund/replacement will be processed after confirmation from the merchant.
b. Incorrect Product Delivered
- If the product received is different from what was ordered, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- After validation, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
c. Product Not as Described
- If you believe the product does not match the description on the website, you must inform us within 48 hours.
- Our team will review the request and take appropriate action.
3. Refund Process
- Once your refund is approved:
- The refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- In case of delays, please contact your bank/payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Request made after the specified time window
- Product used, damaged, or altered by the customer
- Change of mind after delivery
- Digital/downloadable products once accessed
