1. Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post.
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service.

International Shipping

  • Orders for international buyers are shipped via registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post.
  • Shipping timelines vary based on destination country and customs clearance.

General Conditions

  • Delivery of orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.
  • Sudhanshu is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities.
  • We only guarantee to hand over the shipment within 2–5 business days (or as agreed during order confirmation).

2. Delivery of Services (Digital Products / Services)

  • For digital products or services, delivery will be completed via:
    • Email confirmation
    • Access links / login credentials (if applicable)
  • Delivery is considered complete once the product/service is successfully sent to your registered email ID.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests will not be accepted if:
    • The order has already been processed or shipped
    • The order has been communicated to vendors/merchants and fulfillment has started

Non-Cancellable Items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Digital products/services (once delivered or accessed)

4. Refund Policy

We provide refunds under the following conditions:

a. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide proof (images/videos)
  • Refund/replacement will be processed after verification

b. Incorrect Product Delivered

  • Report within 48 hours
  • Eligible for replacement or full refund after validation

c. Product Not as Described

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Request will be reviewed and resolved accordingly

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank/payment delays (if any) are outside our control

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Request is made after the allowed time frame
  • Product has been used or damaged by the customer
  • Customer changes mind after purchase
  • Digital product has already been accessed/downloaded
